TNQ Sponsorship India (Private) Limited, set up in 1997 has been in operation for over a decade. The company has traditionally been in the sports marketing business and has now diversified in real estate development.
“The Alhambara”, is the first project of our new real estate business.
Situated in an ideallic location in Kadapakkam, on the East Coast Road between Chennai and Pondicherry (85 km from Chennai and 35 km from Pondicherry), the property has spectacular views over the water and is in very close proximity to a spectacular and pristine salt water lagoon, which is perfect for family picnics and a wide variety of watersport.
The project is administered out of our office in Chennai. Construction will be handled by a dedicated construction team based out of Pondicherry and our architects are Design Combine, Kochi.
