Site Detail

Our site is spread over a 1.98 acre plot, the entire western side of which abuts Kamala Avenue which is a government (panchayath) road, guaranteeing undisturbed right of access in perpetuity. The plot is on 2 levels with the higher level abutting the road (Kamala Avenue) and the land then slopes away towards a lower level and the waters of the Buckingham Canal.

Boating trips on the lagoon can be organised from right in front of our site, allowing you the luxury of returning from a family picnic to be dropped at your front door, by boat!
