The Concept

Our 1.98 acre site, has been subdivided into 8 plots. The plots vary slightly in size due to the undulation of the land but are of equal width (20m / 69 ft).

Plot size vares from a little over 19 cents to slightly over 26 cents.

We also offer our clients the services of design and construction of their houses, once they purchase a plot from us. Floor plans and perspectives are available here
